Character Background



Kaito was born on April 14th to the care of Hiroshi and Kaida Ryūho. As a baby he was quite doted on, often loved more by his fellow clan mates than his own parents. It stayed this way even after his brother was born, who like him was also doted on. They were considered the future of the clan, being the only two children of that generation to be born so far. His parents began instilling the ways of the clan into his young mind at the age of three. They made sure that he understood that tradition, family and equality were the three great values of the clan, and that hard work and dedication would carry him a long ways. He made sure to take these to heart and upon turning old enough to enter the academy, declined in favor of staying at home with his parents.

Training with his parents was not fun, often training him to the brink of exhaustion before forcing him to get up and continue even more exercises; they built up his stamina and chakra through repeated chakra draining and training drills. He wasn’t instructed in the clan fighting style until later on but was taught the foundations which included stretching, and speed. He would often start his day off with a quick jog around the clan compound and through the cliffs that surrounded his home before moving on to more taxing exercises and stretches.

As a child he had a peculiar obsession with weapons, his mother often blaming his father for showcasing many of his prized battle tools in front of their impressionable son, they often brought him along on his days off to the clan forge where they themselves taught him the art of forging. He was never allowed to make anything more complex than a shuriken but it was enough sate his curiosity and taught him proper forging technique.

Noticing his skill with close ranged weaponry his parents forged him a pair of Kodachi for his eighth birthday. They soon began training him in the family style shortly after, making sure that he mastered every single kata and movement as well as expanding upon his speed and strength through physical exertion by making him climb vertical cliff faces with one arm tied behind him and without the use of chakra. He kept this up for two years before finally deciding to incorporate his Kodachi into his fighting style, choosing to wear them in the typical fashion with one reaching across his shoulder and the other reachable via his waist.

Upon the destruction of Hoshi, his family quickly relocated themselves to Taki, his brother re-entering the academy there while he himself continued to practice and study as well as explore the brand new territory he found himself in. During this time he became quite fascinated with geography and often studied it feverishly using the academies library, however because of this he was subjected to the constant teasing of his would be classmates since they believed that he didn’t have it cut to be a ninja thus he was studying to be part of the village civilian fighting force. Angry, and not used to this sort of treatment since his time spent back in Hoshi was rather peaceful, he lashed out at the students, using his weapons to quickly disarm and subdue the children and nearly killing one of them when the sharp point of his Kodachi pierced through the collarbone near a major artery.

After this he was subjected to anger management, and was taught several calming Kata’s as well as a new set of skills help manage his growing anger problem. This however created a new problem as Kaito would soon learn that his now calm state restricted his true potential, often holding back against his opponents rather than going for a direct win like he was taught. This didn’t stop him from requesting the leader of Taki to allow him to join the ninja forces however, determined to prove his worth and make his clan proud as a member of the Takigakure Shinobi Forces.

Character Appearance



Kaito has grown up a lot in the two years that he's been gone from Taki. From the childish fat of his face, to the straightness of his back, he's slowly become taller and leaner in the effort to maintain maximum effectiveness in his line of work.

Having grown an inch he still stands taller than most boys his age, his lean body type making him out to be a bit taller than he normally would be. As well, because of his extended stint on the Joubon he lost a great deal of his former baby fat, or at least what was left of it. During his stay his skin grew darker, almost akin to that of a Native American. His whitish hair also began to grow darker looking more like his families hair style settling on a dark brown.

He changed his clothing style reflecting that of his ancestors, he now wears a pair of dark blue cotton pants with a light gray cotton hoodie. Across his waist is a red strap that keeps his clothes close to his body and over that is a metal chain with a metal assassins insignia attached at the front. Across his chest is a leather strap that attaches to another halfway down which connects to a weapon harness on his back.

In the harness are his two main Kodachi, Shirubārain & Gōrudo Kage, which are positioned across his left shoulder and right hip. His other two Kodachi, Rekki-Maru and Mekki-Maru, lay horizontal across his waist underneath Gorudo Kage, with one handle pointed towards the left and the other towards the right. Strapped to his left leg is a Blackwater Tomahawk, and to his right leg is a pack of Throwing Knives.

His pants appear ripped however that's actually the leather covering that keeps him from scraping his legs and knees when performing many of the movements that the brotherhood and his fighting style use. He wears a pair of leather boots with a steel toe. On his left ring finger is a ring that shows his allegiance to the brotherhood.

He keeps his kunai holster on the left side and his shuriken on the right. He’s predominately right handed although when situation calls for it; many will notice that he is proficient in weaponry with both hands.

Character Personality



Having grown older and given more worldly experience Kaito's legendary anger has cooled some. Between his various sensei's, growing up into puberty and discovering his lost heritage, the boy has slowly but surely come to terms that he is part of something bigger than just a simple village. After realizing this he took his training to the next level, his anger management finally taking hold. He could still lose his fuse but at least now he wouldn't tear off someones head when doing it.

Along with his increased range of patience, Kaito finally began to appreciate the female figure, a trait commonly shared with most pubescent females. Though not going so far as to rape a woman, he will openly admire them and will sometimes be brave enough to compliment them on their beauty. Because of this he is considered chivalrous and will often beat on guys who take advantage of women in front of him.

Due to becoming an Assassin as well as becoming separated from his previous sensei, he decided that it was best to have the world believe he was dead. Upon changing how he looked he also created an alias for himself, codename Línghún. Having an alliance caused him to split his personality making him sometimes react to situations like Kaito would, or when the mission tanked or the situation needed a leader, Línghún would take over creating an air of seriousness.

Kaito has a pretty average intelligence level, only mastering the tools and knowledge needed to survive; he excels in problem solving as well as attention to detail. He often plays shogi with his classmates to practice his planning skills. He enjoys cooking and writing, and loves studying war maps.

Ryūho Kekkai Genkai Information


Junsuina Karada no Keshin is the kekkai genkai of the small dwindling Ryūho clan which gives them the ability to manipulate the outer layers of their skin into a flammable substance. This substance can be ignited at whim using a katon jutsu or at higher levels simply rubbing their skin together to provide a spark since the substance their skin turns into retains a property similar to charcoal flint. This skin layer can be used to make their katon jutsu a small bit stronger (up to .5x) at the expense of their outer skin layers. This reduces their natural bodily defenses over time per usage and if they run out of material (it is possible with the higher level clan jutsu) then they will end up without an outer layer of skin for extended periods of time until it is properly recovered.

Ryūho Clan History



The Ryūho clan originated from the upper mountain ranges of Kumo, more so around the volcanic fringe known as the Circle of Hell. In the clans youth they were better known as a blood thirsty clan, often searching out and challenging other well-known fire related clans such as the Amatsu, Charius, and Uchiha. The resulting battles with these clans also made it a well-known enemy of many within the later founded Fire Country and were even barred entry when requesting a place of sanctuary after betraying the village of Kumo before it was destroyed.

The clan became nomadic for a while before simply settling in the outskirts of Hoshi amongst the gathered trees and volcanic hills surrounding it. The location for many who were old enough to remember their origins was nostalgic but for many the location was like a pull. It seemed to bring out the deeper feelings in their body. For some it was more apparent than others. Eventually the close proximity to the volcanic lands changed their already mutated DNA even further and created their current bloodline, removing their previous need for fuel in their fire based jutsu, and instead giving them a means of protection at the cost of their body.

The clan embraced these changes, and hid themselves from the world for length of time, until their names had faded from the history books. They however re-emerged with the destruction of Hoshi and with their home once again lost, the clan split spreading out to the far reaches of the continent, however where ever they may be, a Ryuho is never too far from their roots; For the flames of the earth call to even the most barbaric of them.

The user is adept and accustomed to fighting in close to mid-range battle. As such they’ve built up speed, dexterity, and flexibility giving them a boost in these areas of combat. The user has a history of anger and mental problems to the point where they have been instructed in how to keep their anger in check. However this does not guarantee that the user will not bottle up their emotions and as such the users anger will eventually overflow and cause a multitude of problems. Anger Meter

The user’s anger can be increased as well as reduced over time and as such is often controlled via a small system. The user’s anger is increased by increments of 5 per situation and begins to affect the user at every interval of 10 and 25 (I.e. 10/20/25/30/40/50/60/70/75/80/90/100) and will begin to cause adverse effects based on the person. It can also be decreased by increments of 1 and will cause these effects to diminish as it diminishes. It decreases per post that the user is not angry starting with the post after the increase.
The user has some form of restraint on themselves that prevents them from user their maximum potential, as such all of their attacks have their power diminished. The potential can be unlocked with some form of a key (I.e Anger Meter). While their potential is restrained the users attacks will deal 75 percent of their full power, once fully unrestrained the user may use up to 125 percent of their full power (I.e 80/85/87.5/90/95/100/105/110/112.5/115/120/125%). They may even mimic the behavior and role of others to tell a believable lie, their training as an assassin makes them well covered. Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. Katon Ninjutsu


A simple fire release jutsu developed by Kaito, he will begin the jutsu by taking a deep draft of his cigarette before lacing it with his chakra and releasing it outwards in a large cloud of smoke. The cloud will reduce vision up to a few feet in front of the people within the cloud. The cloud will persist for up to four posts but can be dispersed easily with a simple fuuton jutsu. An upgraded version of the Enmaku technique created by Kaito, this time instead of lacing just his normal chakra he will lace his katon chakra with the ash cloud giving it scalding properties. Staying in the cloud for extended periods of time will leave minor burns (1st degree) on the opponent. Kaito is unaffected as long as he does not step into the cloud. A fire release technique created by Kaito, it was devised after the creation of his smokescreen techniques. Using the same properties and concepts, Kaito will inhale a cloud of smoke before streaming it through his lungs until it's clear like air but also has some oxygen added into it before lacing it with his katon chakra and breathing it out. This new mixture then mixes with the air and spreads out for up to three posts. Kaito can then ignite this mixture using his lighter causing a small scale explosion that deals a good deal of concussive damage to all nearby while burning those who are caught within the blast. Those within the direct center will find their hearing impaired as well as sight while those on the outside will have reduced hearing. The concussion from the blast will push anyone within five feet of the blast outwards up to ten feet. If the user waits past the three posts the mist will disperse harmlessly into the air. A fire release technique created by Kaito after training with his teacher Lex. Kaito will stream his Katon chakra down his weapons causing them to light ablaze giving them increased range. The flames cannot be controlled however they can still burn the opponent even if the blades don't make contact. The flames will cause small burns with a pass and create first degree burns upon contact. Repeat contact with the same location will increase the intensity of the burns. Clan Ninjutsu


Ryūbi haiteku: Tenka, is one of the core jutsu in the Ryūho clan arsenal. Upon activation of the clan bloodline, Ryūho use the Tenka technique as a base for every single one of the resulting techniques after it and often use it in conjunction with many other techniques that require a bit more power to them. Katon: Yūki no sanbika, is part of a series of ninjutsu developed by the Ryūho clan. Mainly utilized in their unique fighting style, the Hymns of Valor works with the users bloodline, by activating and igniting the outer layer of skin the user then begins to perform multiple taijutsu kata’s with this activated giving them an increased sense of strength and power as well as an increased defense against most hand based melee techniques. Katon: Gisei no sanbika, is part of a series of ninjutsu developed by the Ryūho clan. Mainly utilized in their unique fighting style, the Hymns of Sacrifice works with the users bloodline, by activating and ignited the outer layer of skin the user gains a ranged attack by systematically shedding and spreading said skin around the area that the user wants afflicted. This spreads a harmful smoke like pathogen into the air that burns, chokes and blinds the opponent over a period of a few seconds until the skin is completely used. The base style of the Ryūho clan, it follows the pattern of swift and precise yet lacks the danger of powerful hits. This however is remedied by the user as the base style normally builds into the users own style. The Nenshō saisho no hōhō is a mixed martial arts style that uses a combination of wide range kicks with swift movement grapples and jabs.

There are very few punch movements and those that are there lack the power by themselves to devastate the opponent. The user can use this style with their bloodline to cause a great deal of damage with flaming punches and kicks. Since this is a base style the style itself is actually underused in exchange for the users own preference.

Kaito’s own personal rendition follows the clan’s base to a certain degree, using a wide range of acrobatic kicks in conjunction with his twin kodaichi that he wears along his back. The main focus of the style is speed, using quick footwork to get in range to strike, and then to quickly jump back before the opponent has a chance to retaliate. This however makes his range when using this style very limited and anyone with longer reach can punish him for it before he can get into range for any of his combo’s. When in range it is very hard to counter him as he continuously punishes the opponent with swift kicks that seemingly attack from various angles that would otherwise be impossible to do, however because of his life training his joints have stretched far enough to allow his speedy leg movements. This style makes it very easy for him to counter those with more damaging attacks but lower attack speed as he can quickly deal a large amount of small damage in the time it takes for his opponent to deal their own attack and will often cause his opponent to forgo their own attacks in sake of stepping back to remove themselves from his range.

Style Origin

The style itself dates back to first original practitioners of the Ryūho taijutsu. Realizing that because of their unique bloodline, longer drawn out fights would hinder their ability in the long run, the clan began to focus on swift, accurate movements to prevent themselves from being into long punishing fights. Overtime the clan allowed the users of it to branch out and form their own forms of the style using the base style that is still taught to this day.

Weapon Description

A rather simple pair of Kodachi, they feature an 18 inch smoothed blade with the lower half dull. The upper half is sharpened slightly to a point to allow puncturing attacks. The Kodachi feature a pair of prongs similar to a Jutte, however unlike the jutte the upper half of the blade is sharpened to allow slicing attacks.

A simple pair of Kodachi that were forged by Kaito’s parents before they moved to Taki. There is no particular history behind them at all.

Contains no fuel but is powered by the users katon chakra. Draws a reasonably small amount that won't hinder much in an actual fight. The user can extend the flame up to a foot by pushing an E-rank amount of chakra into it. Used to provide a flame for some of Kaito's jutsu as well as to light his cigarettes.

A specially designed lighter given to him by a close friend, uses his katon chakra to power it.

Weapon Description

Lightweight and Extremely Sharp, the Brotherhood Throwing Knives are able to pierce skin, cloth and some thin leathers. They have a farther range than most kunai, shuriken, and senbon however are less accurate from farther distances. These are mainly used to assassinate people from afar and are usually used from behind to prevent someone from seeing it coming.

The throwing knives of the brotherhood have been used rather frequently in recent years after the younger assassins commented on how difficult it was to close in on their targets now that most of them have a featured ninja guard. These were developed and designed to be easily concealed and each have an assassin's insignia on them that is not easily seen without a magnifying glass.

Weapon Description

Appears to be a double pronged blade, both prongs are single edged up to a sharp piercing point. The outer edge of both prongs is a light gray that slowly blends into a darker gray in the center. Both prongs are connected to a central hook hilt which keeps them in place. In the center of the hook hilt is a large hole that's big enough to fit the users thumb. At the end is a smaller hole that can fit ninja wire. Though the blade appears to be made in sections it's actually formed out of a single piece of metal with a dark cloth wrapped around the grip of it for ease of use. Kaito carries two of these around in his arm guards for easy access.

A simple blade, made to be a weapon that can perform easy assassinations without being noticed like normal weapons. These can fit within the pockets and sleeves of any assassin and as such are a valuable tool in their missions. This is often the main weapon of most assassin's however it can also be a fallback weapon in case it is not the main weapon. All assassin's carry these and they are granted to apprentice assassin's upon entering the brotherhood.

Weapon Origin

Dating back since the beginning of the brotherhood, the assassin's dagger comes in many shapes and forms and has been apart of the assassin's work for a long time. Each blade is custom made for the assassin and as such no two blades are alike (rare cases are when a master passes on his blades to a sole apprentice. Which is considered the highest honor.) They are made from durable metal and have been forged by allies of the Assassin's for centuries.
Weapon Description

A rather simple tomahawk, it's light weight and easily concealed in a weapons pouch. The blade is made of a dark metal to prevent it from being seen at night and the center cut out is actually the assassins insignia, however it is not easily noticed since it also allowed the weapon to flow easier through the air by reducing friction.

Weapon Abilities

The tomahawk is a dual purpose weapon, able to be thrown like a projectile yet can be used in melee range, it's accuracy is severely low when thrown however the damage it deals is astounding. It should be used with extreme caution as throwing your weapon could mean death if you don't have a back up.

Created by a blacksmith for Kaito after he began his apprenticeship in the Brotherhood, it was designed with the Assassin's insignia per Kaito's request due to his pride in his heritage.

Weapon Description

The two lengendary Nodachi's of Taki the Spirit Slayer. A work of crafted art, each blade is as pure and polished as the day the they were brought out of forge. Rekki-Maru is portrayed more like a ninjato than a Kodachi. having a slightly longer blade than a typical Kodachi it is still too short to be considered a Katana. It also lacks the distinct curve of the blade that the Katana has and rather has a more straighter back edge similar to a Kodachi. Mekki-Maru on the other hand is perfectly straight and lacks a pointed edge going more for the rounded slicing edge. The blade's fuller is colored pitch blade with a gray edge and has a sealing tag on the hilt that supposedly helps with the blades power.

Weapon Abilities

At a base level the blades will never dull, dent, crack or rust. Nor will they ever strike someone who the user does not want to harm. The blades are oddly sentient, however not to the level of providing a second conscious in the user, however they will reject someone who does not use them correctly or has the proper will to do good in the world. The blades use an E-rank amount of chakra each post to maintain themselves and it is unknown whether or not they have maintained themselves by using Mekki-maru's immeasurable stores of energy for all this time, however upon taking a user they will begin to siphon the users chakra until the user has finally mastered the blades.

Rekki-Maru and the Soul Repel

Rekki-Maru's signature ability is the soul repel. Used by Taki to deflect spiritual attacks and to keep spirits from getting to close to her, it's ability is passed down to the user to allow them to deflect spiritual attacks (i.e. chakra based attacks). This ability can be used to block the attacks and jutsu cast by the opponent by drawing and expelling an equal amount of chakra from the blade. This ability is gained at B-rank and is mastered through constant use, it is upgraded automatically when A-rank is achieved. This ability is usable as long as the user has chakra, the blade will not deflect if the user does not have the proper amount of chakra to deflect the attack.

Mekki-Maru and the Soul Capture

Mekki-Maru's signature ability is the soul capture. Used by Taki to capture spirits once they were finally defeated, it's ability is passed down to the user to allow them to capture and seal spiritual attacks as well as use them to grant the user energy (i.e. seal chakra based attacks). This ability can be used to seal the attacks and jutsu cast by the opponent by simply passing Mekki-Maru through the attack. This ability is gained at A-rank and is mastered through constant use. This ability can only be used three times in a topic and will only give the user half of the chakra sealed, the other half is permanently sealed within the sword. The user may find a way to one day tap into the swords apparent power storage, but it is unknown if the untainted power will take over the user once it is released.

Weapon Origin

Forged and used by the Spirit Slayer Taki centuries before the ninja world even existed, the legendary Kodachi were used in tandem to seal and destroy countless demon spirits before they could cause harm and mayhem amongst the public. Upon her death her students placed the legendary Kodachi in a temple in what would later become Water Country where the monks watch over them to this day. Legend has it the blades will choose their next wielder when the time is right and only then will they be moved from their current resting place.

Story Arcs

Arc 1: Beginning Friendships

Kaito's story begins like any other teen, waking up one day after another day of hard work he proceeds to get ready and head into town square. Arriving there, he witnesses a group of traveling performers giving a show to the locals as part of the annual festival that Takigakure has every year. While observing he meets and acquaints himself with a new friend, Lid Kamizuru, and discovers a new passion, smoking.

The next day the two travel to the Bed and Breakfast dojo after Lid had informed Kaito of it the previous day. Kaito, amazed at the sheer size and elegance of the dojo agrees to join even though he may not use the style, but only to increase his prowess in battle. The two meet up with the dojo leader to solidify his entrance into the dojo.

A few days later, Kaito can be seen enjoying one of his favorite pass times, map making. Stringing about a series of detection lines, he meets with Katsuro Hyuuga who had just traveled through the forest after being defeated by Liette Ourouh. The two get into a discussion on the destruction of Hoshi after Katsuro realizes that Kaito is from the area and the situation escalates as Kaito's anger gets the best of him. The two begin to argue as Kaito walks away.

The next day, Kaito had began to study a few of his maps when some of the detection lines went off along the Po Mahn Ming Trail that lead into Takigakure. Alerting his friend and teammate Lid, the two rushed off to deal with the threat. Arriving, Kaito immediately took the lead allowing Lid to be his back up and muscle while he became the diplomat, stopping the three intruders on their way into the village. Tho acting cockily, Kaito maintained his diplomatic form attempting to draw the three into custody for entering the village without proper papers nor reasoning. The group quickly refused any form of custody which prompted Lid to detonate the ceiling behind them trapping them inside. This action attracted the attention of another person from the dojo who quickly asserted herself into the lead position and answered all of the questions to Kaito's intense displeasure. He turned and left after muttering a harsh tirade at the woman and signaled Lid to follow him.

The next day found Kaito laying on his roof, the previous days adventure running through his head as he enjoyed one of his cigarettes. His younger brother, Enkou, had joined him for the time being allowing the two to get caught up in each others lives before Enkou asked Kaito to repeat the clan history to him. Kaito, knowing that his little brother had probably heard the story ten times as much as he had, told it in his own goofy way up until recent history when he remembered his extreme dislike for the emperor of Purgatory.

A few days later Kaito met up with Lex Pralius and requested that he become his new sensei due to their similar views on the Emperor. Lex thinking over it, readily agreed only if Kaito would be able to travel along as they trained. Kaito knowing that he wouldn't get stronger if he simply stayed and trained his own way, readily agreed and set off with his new sensei leaving the village behind.

Arc 2: Traveling With Sensei

During their travels Lex had given Kaito a pair of Chronium Weights which had caused him a great deal of grief as he would often get taunted with the belief that he would get left behind if he couldn't catch up. During this time he would devise a series of jutsu based on his smoking habit which allowed him to make a blanketing smokescreen that could easily be modified with a change in chakra. This prompted Lex to up his training as soon as he realized this.

The new training was brutal, almost twice as much running, exercises and stretches as the previous one, but now he also had to practice fighting in the debilitating circumstances that his smoke cloud produced. With the weights increasing his speed and reaction time over time, he slowly got used to it but during the exercise discovered something interesting that would later help him. Because of the constant stream of chakra in the air he was able to predict the discs thrown at him, even if it was just by a few inches, which allowed him to get through the exercise, this led him to discovering his second element, Wind.

After the exercise Lex had them relax for a moment as he strung together a series of questions that brought back sore memories for the youth, however he got through them and remembered his true path before the thought of revenge plagued him and voiced his desire to be a soul slayer unknowingly activating the blades attraction to him.

Arc 2 Part 2: The Twin Spirit Blades

The blades produced an image that guided Kaito to the shoreline closest to the Joubon before getting him into a fishermen's boat by placing the man in an illusion. Having the boat take him to the edge of the mist field Kaito jumped off the boat before heading into the illusion field, not knowing what was going to happen he was pulled inside and submitted to the wrath of the island.

He struggled dearly, fighting off the murderous illusion of the mist before being simply washed ashore, his body water logged, he almost looked dead, and if it wasn't for a woman who lived on the island, he surely would have been. The woman released him from the illusion before dragging him inland and made a small shelter for the boy before waiting until he awoke.

Upon waking the woman left him there after listening to his explanation of why he was there, and soon left himself upon getting his bearing. He traveled along the same path, but instead took to the trees before arriving at the Falls of Reflection. Upon arriving he noticed a massive glow situated in the basin of the falls and approached it cautiously. Noticing it was the hilt of a sword he grabbed it and instantly dropped to his knees from the drain. He struggled to pull it out before finally succeeding as the blade wrested its way from his grip before flying into the falls.

Catching his breath he followed the blade into the falls, awing as the falls seemingly split for him before arriving at the gate. Using the blade as a key he opened the gate before entering. Any further memories past this point are disabled due to a discontinuation in the memory stream. (I.E. If and when the topic gets unlocked it'll be updated fully.)

Arc 3: The Brotherhood

Arriving back on the mainland Kaito was shocked at how different it was. Almost a year had passed since he had left Taki and he could literally feel the change his body. Only grown an inch yet the skills he possessed were vastly different than when he started. He attributed this success to his senseis and the time he spent on the Joubon, the weapons he acquired there, as well as the knowledge he received made almost dying upon arrival, quite worth it.

He quickly took to his new role as an assassin and discovered that his sensei had left during his absence, believing he was dead. Deciding to roll with it, he changed his name to Línghún to go with his new profession. After stopping in a blacksmith to acquire some new items he met with a contact who attempted to sell him some faulty information which his quickly ignored. Leaving the man behind he took to the beach to find one of the people from the Joubon, Nozomi Shugendo, there resting with a blanket covered in weaponry as another person, Kira Grubier, challenged her to a spar. Accepting she devised that she could take them both on and proceeded to fight.

Later that week he met up with a 'sister' of sorts through his organization. Requesting some information from the mainland, he found out that she had none before revealing that there was a new recruit. Letting her know that he was the leader of the sect, she quickly requested that he test the boy which caused him to give the boy one of the missions he had acquired through another contact. After the boy left he let the girl know that there were still more missions and that the likely hood of it needing all three of them was pretty high.
